"I do not blame the management too much because they needed the cash to buy back the mill. The second mill is a big plus and I hope will compensate for the devaluation of the shares once it is in production in the near future ."

I think we are all with you there. I think there is frustration on the need to pay so dearly in this environment and the stagnent price is like the medicine that burns. Someday all will be well.
