Not sure I understand this statement. I believe that Volker and Sommers can't stand each other and that Volker is simply there for appearences at the moment. It is my understanding that Obama is relying on Timmy and Sommmers for what is, I believe, a continuation of the Bush failed economic policies that we've just withnesses for the past 8 years, nothwithstanding Clinton for a total of 16 years.

Let's not forget here, Goldman Sachs (along with all their cronnies) were Obama's greatest campaigh contributors, and if it not been for their bribes, eh I mean donations, Obama would not have beem elected, so I beilieve that he is presently 100% under their control.

In case you missed it CNBC reported this morning that all those billions that were "awarded" to AIG in their latest "bailout attempt" were actually paid to GS, JPM, MS etc. as this board accuratly reported yesterday.

As for Obama's tender, it will be all over in 4 years from now and he will be compared with Bush as one of, if not, the most unsuccesfull President in US history.
