The next "bubble"?
Consider:
The Bureau of Statistics state that there are currently 5.112 million American on the unemployment list and they anticipate that number going to 6.2 million by the summer and to reach in excess of 7 million by Sept.
Now if the average employee needs 500sq.ft. of workspace (office and warehouse-includes allowance for hallways, bathrooms etc.), there will be approx. 3.5 billion sq.ft. of unusable workspace across the country. No rent to cover mortgages etc.
And with no incentive to start other businesses, who will pay for these shortfalls?
Good Luck to all!
