This, coupled with news of Citigroup and Bank of America, really helps to put a positive slant on the picture. (Both trading under $5.00 u.s. -record lows and certainly no confidence from the market.)

Wonder if "Giving up one's firearms when facing potential civil unrest would be equivelant to "putting a positive slant on a dire situation"?
