This is a bought deal and is already done as far as ECU is concerned. I heard from a friend trying to order stock through TD and he was told that he will not know if he is filled until the closing date which on a bought deal is the stupidest system I ever heard of as most firms want to confirm orders as filled ASAP since they have to write the cheque on a bought deal on the closing date.

From what I'm hearing I expect they will sell the green shoe before this deal closes on Feb 18th and this is the only amount of money not confirmed as far as ECU is concerned.

Did you ever stop to think the IR firm was fired for a reason, they weren't effective. Most IR firms are not that effective. I expect the website will be changed as far as the IR firm is concerned in due course but I'm sure it is a very low priority in the big scheme of things. The IR firm may well have been charged with Website maintenance but I don't know this for sure.
