My suggestion would be that this bought deal is so good that those who invest longer term in the silver/gold space will want this long term call, through the warrant, on what arguably is one the largest and fastest growing emerging resources in Mexico and certainly in the top tier in the world. Plus 2 producing mills generating $15-$20 million per year providing self financed exploration and providing a sound basis for future production expansion. This present price action for ECU stock will not last long and is influenced by the long term nature of the warrant which provides a huge long term call on precious metals.

The unintended beauty about this deal is it provides not only an opportunity for those in the financing but also for those wanting to buy ECU stock that can't or don't wish to be in the financing while the company gets their mill and $17.5 million guaranteed. I suspect this financing will be over subscribed and the shoe will be employed as the large orders are firmed in the next few days making it less likely smaller orders will get filled unless the shoe is utilized.
