I have read opinions that some silver miners are closing down mines or have shifted to hi-grading. I haven't seen any concrete examples of specific large mines yet, but this situation is worth watching. What I have seen is that exploration is being curtailed or even cancelled and that this phenomina is growing.

ECU is transitioning into production which will contribute to much needed cash flow. This will enable ECU to keep exploration and proving efforts going. ECU is demonstrating great strength for a junior in this environment both in absolute terms and relative to its competition. ECU looks to outshine more and more of the competition each quarter. The future is looking bright for our little gem.

All we need now is for the sector to continue its gains and people to wake up to the great potential of ECU.
