Pic, I don't remember what the regulations are as far as trading price at time of placement closure but if I remember correctly there is a guideline about what the share price is trading at on the day of placement closure and it needs to be within a certain range? Correct me if I'm wrong.
As far as share price, .60c is disgusting but its what we have to deal with so I had to sell some of my favorite SGR which is outperforming right now so I could avg down with ECU. I hope it is not a mistake but at .18c silver in the ground as someone pointed out in an earlier post, it seems liket the right call.
