As long as the share/warrant units are available, without commission, at $0.70, the shares will trade at less than $0.70. With the shares trading steadily now at around $0.65, it looks like the market is valuing the warrants at $0.05. Once the offering is sold out, I would expect the price to snap back up a little bit, hopefully to the pre-offer price.
Over the last few months pretty well all new issues have been sold out within a few hours. So I'm surprised the share/warrant units are still available this morning.
