What do you think? Is that an investment in the context of bluff/spin or is that an investment out of strength? I think the first.
I don't know, but I have the feeling that these banks/the FED are playing a very dangerous game at or beyond the edge of the reasonable, which may turn out to be very destructive. It's the same gambling style we have seen before with derivatives, but this time with tax payers money. It is part of the denial that there is an urgent need for a few steps back during a long period of time in order to restore resources.
