Revisions to the
ADP National Employment Report
®
The December 2008
ADP National Employment Report, released on Wednesday January 7, 2009, is the first regularly released ADP Report to incorporate key methodological revisions. These revisions include improved modeling techniques and additional data sources to better accommodate inherent differences between the ADP and BLS data. Nonfarm private employment decreased 693,000 from November to December 2008 on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to the
ADP National Employment Report®
