"To all; I think the turn is now in for the metals and their shares. We are beginning to see divergence between stocks in general and the mining shares which displays capital entering the precious metal sector. Physical supply is very tight while demand has been increasing and I would guess that if one wanted to purchase physical Gold, they would now be paying very close to, if not over $1,000 per ounce. The Treasury has pumped out $8.5 trillion and made guarantee's on $ trillions more over the last 6 months while they only have $200 billion of Gold reserves [maybe not]. The Fed has spent all their bullets and it looks to me like the demand for the Dollar is only coming from official sources [remember the currency swaps over the summer]. Heck, even Goldman Sachs has gone long and they should know right? All Dollar bearish and Gold bullish.

The great wave of revaluation is coming ashore right now, if you have any dry powder left, the juniors and exploration companies now offer the greatest buy of a lifetime in my opinion. If you have senior producers, I believe now is the time to move some down the totem pole and out into the greater leverage offered. With a Gold close at $900 or more, the downtrend line will be broken. This is very important as investors are oh so hungry for something that is working, over the next few months I believe we will witness an absolutely astonishing move upward in the mining shares, far greater than anything we have witnessed over the last 10 years. Those who held tight over the last 4 months will shortly be vindicated and rewarded, the coming scenario is why we took positions in the first place. Regards, Bill H.
