The SEC down here is equally pathetic. I registered a valid complaint against a major Dallas, Texas broker about 18 months ago and am still waiting for a Commission attorney to contact me for a case discussion. I complained to the Commissioner recently and was given instructions on how to file a complaint.

Absolutely no acknowledgment concerning my wait of 18 months for some action.

It is from my direct experiences with government agencies and my government representatives that the people have been cut off and are now aligned to the status of being serfs. Only time will tell what comes next with all this continuing and building frustration aside from all the securities crime that is quite prevalent all around us from what I see and hear.
