But as my Mother always said {Que sera sera, whatever will be will be, the futures not ours to see, Que sera sera. } Hope I spelled that right{lol} Anyways have a few ideas in my head kicking around and figured I would see what everyone thought. Economy for 2009. #1 Have a firesale and sell every empty home in America. Let people have actual equity to supply credit lines would be substantial. The tarp money should be spent on the taxpayers not a government intervention, who can not even pay there own debts. And yes they spent our money without even a vote. This would also help in tax money. Losing billions of dollars for states and federal government is absurd. If we truly have a Democracy then the government must finally understand that all the monies continually loss has been because of many people being manipulated by there own governments failed policies. If everyone or even half of the US alone owned 50% or more in equity in our homes in a short period of time we could sqush a lot of problems. Credit lines become more attractive to banks. Businesses will boom. Education will be easily afforded for those who wouldn't have been able to in the past. Infrustructure would be easily financed by tax revenue and not on a promise that it would create jobs to save our economy. Indeed it will ,but in a more effective way. Its easier to build a home from the ground up then it is trying to start from the roof. But thats just a quick fix. There is a big world around us. And the sooner we learn that they are ready to make there own decisions about the global economy especaily since we are in debt to many of these nations the better of we will be. We need to act quickly not just within our own certain barriers around the world, but with everyone else that wants the rights, dreams, and freedom to enjoy life to the fullest.
