Yes, this is disgraseful and quite bushleage on the TSX's part. It was my understanding that these systems are bullet proof with Back-Up Systems in place or two or three, just as a hospital would have back-up generators in case there was a power outage? It would only make sense they did with so much money flowing through them on any given day. Something just might smell here.
