I think we might also name Brooksley Born to a new proposed financial hall of fame. In 1987 she was the CFTC's Commissioner who attempted to govern OTC derivatives from the Commodities Act mandate but was short down by Greenspan and Rubin and their whore in the Senate, Phil Gramm.
