Silver approaches $11 and ECU has a tonne of sellers at below yesterday's close. The good news is that there are a lot of bids looking for bargains to ballance the numbers of the sellers.

As the metals grow stronger the day approaches when small caps wil regain their attractiveness. I confess to a bit of impatience.
