When I read the "message" from an unknown source, I just found it humorous. If the sender of the so-called "message" is Tulving, maybe they are self-serving and would rather sell certificates. However, I recall reading a Presidential Order signed by Bush about 18 months ago indicating that, if a national emergency arose, the feds could move to confiscate any store of metals in your house or safe deposit box.

I remember Jim Sinclair said this was highly unlikely, but that putting coins in a mayo jar buried in the back yard prevented confiscation.

The "message" sounded more like something Kitco would use as a tool in order to sell gold certificates vs. physical gold. If or when the Comex defaults on gold, can you imagine what will happen to the Perth Mint or Kitco certs? Those certs will be vanishing paper.
