Actally there are really only 242m shares because most of the warrants are probably out of the money so ...oh yeah and currency conversion taken into account...I'll even drop it down to $1.50/oz value

400 x 1.50 x 1.2 (currency conversion) = $720m divided by 242m = $2.98
