The 619,000 shares appear to be a cross between two of Dundee's accounts at

a preagreed price which was well below the market - 15.5 cents as compared to

19 or 19.5 before and after. A large share holding for one individual or account

but not a very large transaction in dollar terms. Probably someone getting their

accounts in order before year end for tax purposes - my guess.
