No one knows when a stock will turn if ever. From a fundamental view, ECU is a bargain. It is better managed than most juniors or even many large caps.

Technicians would have you wait for a turn and buy AFTER it turns up taing out key levels.

Some believe that the juniors could explode suddenly due to some unpredictable event. When that happens they maintain that you will have already missed a significant % move. I have seen this happen.

I can remember my portfolio going up over 100% in two trading days back in 99. The Washington Agreement was signed over the weekend and that Monday was a thing to behold.

What I am trying to say is that you need to do your own study and make decisions that you arive at yourself. Only you will have to live with the result.

My opinion is that it is cheap here and if ECU doesn't move significantly from its unbelievable low prices I will be amazed. It could go down still from here and I will be angered, amazed, pissed.... you get the picture. But that is an opinion and my crystal ball is broken. Opinions are, as always, like A--holes. Everybody has one.
