As the juniors sold off I started buying, increasing my positions. So I got a few stocks at their recent lows. As the stocks rose a bit lately, I took the opportunity to sell off those shares I just bought.
My intent wasn't to trade them, but to hold. However, with all the views I've been reading lately, I'm tending to believe there is to be another round of major de-leveraging approaching. As a result, more sell off of PM stocks, and gold and silver.
Obviously, these stocks can't get too much lower than zero, but I'm betting there's another dip to even lower prices. With that sell off, I will buy these stocks again. They're already starting to slip, and the Dollar is rallying again, so perhaps it's already begun.
I have my a core position so if I'm wrong, I don't miss out. But if this decline does appear, I want to take advantage of it. I got tired of always taking it on the chin by just holding and declining, when there are signs that say I should do something different to stop getting screwed.
