Waiting to scoop up resources at default prices, like vultures scooping up foreclosures. Expect many more of these stories before long.

I think that ECU can survive, with their latest efforts to increase cash flow, but the old argument about paying off debt, debated here and at sh**house some time ago comes to mind. Financials should be out soon, I imagine, and we will all have a better grasp of the situation then.
