Hi Hobbers, I thought almost the exactly the same thing when I read the supposed Warren Buffett quote. Also, Warren Buffett just invested billions into GS so I doubt he would expect gold to soar at the same time as his investment.

Anyway, the true source of this quote is Roger Wiegand during an interview in early October.
