I got a call after 5P last Friday from a rep @ TD

They are not offering the service but upon individual review they will facilitate IRA certs for the benefit of the individual. I was informed that it is NOT considered a distribution and as of yet they do not have a fee structure!! They have recieved enough requests to warrent the consideration of perhaps adopting a policy??

She stated the consideration is being conducted on an individual basis. Uncomplicated accounts.....with no options or margin are canidates for consideration and she stated I was approved if I did want to pursue it. She was terrific and explianed the pros and cons.

I mailed my transfer of account forms to CS anyway this AM. TD does not segregate accounts as a matter of general policy and I'm not sure if I'm going to ultimately pull the certs anyway so I bought myself both time and piece of mind with the transfer.....I hope!
