I have asked for delivery for all of the shares about two weeks ago. Credit Suisse are working on the request. Might take another 2 weeks they said but should be no prob - apart from the fee which is about 1.0% of the value of the shares :-(

There's VAT on silver, platinum and palladium in Switzerland; there is not VAT on gold...
