My first request went in about July 10, but the broker left off a zero on the order form. By the time this was noticed, it was the first week of August. The balance of the request was made at that time. So my second request took two months. Others with far fewer shares went through in three weeks.

I think some naked shorts were asked to cover in order to meet the cert demand.
