Those naked shorts should scare everyone. I requested my shares in cert form 8 weeks ago. It was for a very large number of shares. I still don't have the cert. However, I know of two other people who ordered their certs 3 weeks ago (from the same broker) and their shares are in the mail (albeit many, many fewer shares).

I have asked for a review of this and will keep the board advised.
