Hey Sketch, rumour has it that some of the fraudulent activity dug up by the FBI links Freddie Mac to someone high up in McCain's camp. This criminal investigation by the FBI is mighty timely considering suspicions surrounding these "too big to fail" companies have circulated for years. In fact, one would almost think that the Democrats called in a few IOU's at the FBI just to find some support so that they could delay or even kill Hank's $700+ billon bail-out plan, which was shoved down their throats this week. After all, I am sure most U.S. citizens would endorse the prevention of public funds moving to suspected criminal coffers.

Another scandal under Wall Street should add some pep to gold and silver in coming days.
