Silver shortage stuff and our favorite, KITCO…

I've been enjoying your site for years - keep up the good work!

Today I decided to buy one last tranche of physical silver - I ordered twom1000 oz bars from KITCO - they claim on their site that they have lots. On the order confirmation they listed the same bar number twice.

When I called to inquire, they told me that I got their last bar, and the second one would have be to shipped from the U.S. When I pressed for a timeframe, he said a few days, but when I asked for it in writing, he check with a supervisor and then stated that he could not give me a timeframe .... I conclude that they must be out. I changed my order to one bar.

A warning to KITCO patrons: if you order their 1000 oz. bars and the order form does not list the bar number, then it is on back order, with an unknown delivery time.
