TD as market maker may be shorting the stock down to pick up lower buyers and increase the daily trading volume.. if that is the case (as opposed to retail getting out at the bottom with recent COT volatility) TD should be supporting the stock as the MM moves into a long/holding position.

Re broker anonymous1 I looked into that as a result of some of Sinclairs diatribes, and apparently lodging a broker account as anonymous is possible with the TSX. Its also worth looking into dark pool trading, which seems to become more popular, that's when trades are agreed between companies on their own internal network.
