Edgy, I am very familar with the present Sterling dilemma and it bears little resemblance to ECU other than the share price was in a similar range. They were desperate for capital and couldn't raise it anywhere on the street without being raped and pilliaged and even then the street lost confidence in them some time ago plus some bad blood. Without a deal with someone they were dead.

I also can say it's not a bad project and should be profitable down the road but it has no where near the potential of ECU.
