At $10 I will start to sell 1000 shares a year to supplement my pension. I can see the advantage of going for a joint vanture partner, but to allow a buy out for anything less than $30 dollars a shares is insane. Try and visualize what is in the ground if you can not to mention what the silver price will be in a couple of years from now.
