The SEC has to be either corrupt as all heck or the biggest chicken chit operation going, either way all investors, especially the little guy, ends up: holding the bag... Has anybody considered that maybe that these naked shorts originate from USA's enemies? You would think that, at least Congress, would be alarmed by all this theft of US citizens's wealth and would consider this problem as a National security risk. Today's politicians are as dumb and/or corrupt as ever.

I almost think that the only solution to the wholesale corruption in the U.S.A., ie Presidency, the fed, congress, SEC,CIA,etc etc. would be for the US military to turn on it's own government and dissolve congress and kick all those bums out of office...But then again, who's to say that all the generals and admirals are not corrupt also?
