A very wise choice to secure some additional funds through a convertible debenture and non-brokered, even better. This plus the additional reserve loan agreement with IIG makes perfect sense to me and speaks volumes about good financial management. As I have stated at the beginning of the year, I would like to see 3 or 4 more drills turning to increase at a faster rate our outstandingly succesful exploration program and enhancing the confidence level of the one billion ounces potential confirmed by Micon sooner rather than later. I don't know if that is the plan but it's great to see serious investors stepping to the plate with confidence to assist ECU in it's growth strategy.

It also seems from the report by Adrian Douglas and comments from others on this board that one billion ounces potential could change dramatically higher so capital to continue the program is critical as is revenue from the restarting of production, not to mention the tailings processing possibilites for the 60 tpd mill.
