I suspect that the answer to your question is that TD's client has decided to sell and is doing so through its TD account. TD's broker might be pointing to their analyst's prediction for the stock but the client has decided to sell for his/her own reasons. Active investors who use a broker regularly would be inclined to listen to their broker's recommendations but must then make their own decisions. It is quite common on these boards for posters to "blame" a broker for selling large volumes of a stock when the broker is only acting as an agent and carrying out its clients' instructions. The broker is the only visible party in the transaction but the client is making the final decision.
