I would disagree that Sinclair is in any conflict. I do not recall seeing any agreement from him where he promised to put the interests of others ahead of his own self-interest. If he is in a position to benefit from his knowledge as a large shareholder of a PM junior, good for him. Those who consider him an advisor should reconsider just what obligations they perceive unpaid advisors may have in respect to the opinions that he may choose to share.
I do not own any TNX and I occasionally read his comments with interest, but I do not see any rational scenario in which anything Sinclair may have to say can be construed as a breach of ethics or a conflict of interest.
