Here's a bit of news in the junior sector that is from a well known junior promoter and letter writer

D. Casey's junior publication....International Speculator is going through dramatic changes. He has issued what is called "judgment day" changes to juniors he follows and owns. My guess is that 50% of juniors are now sells and is only keeping what he terms the "best of the best" ( at least in his opinion) The weakness in juniors for past year has hit even the venerable Casey hard IMHO. Of the silver plays on his list, he is gettin rid of:

Bear Creek ( never like that one myself )
Great Panther ( could succeed in long term, but problems in short run)
Impact Silver ( no 43-101 ever done despite starting production)

The silvers he is keeping are:

First Majestic ( at the right price, he suggests "back up the truck")
Esperanza ( which he has followed for very long time, but not yet close to a well defined deposit)
Fortuna ( has plenty of cash and increasing profits & long time fav of his)

Orko ( He points out a PP upcoming and would only buy if an attractive PP came with a full warrant) My hope is that no warrants will be attached so people like Casey can accumulate huge cheap positions easily.
He comments that the grades at LaPreciosa are not highest but metallurgy is good.

Notice he doesn't even mention ECU. What does this guy base his Buy recommendations on. What a joke
