Looks like bottom to me too but from trading volume this morning. With the exception of one penny stock that I hold and it is severely down, ECU so far shows the highest trading volume of my remaining stocks. About half of my stocks show no volume to speak of an hour after opening of trading. I have not seen anything like it in recent memory.

Could it be that everyone is waiting for the FED with regard to interest rate? Sure they are but to slow down trades until the news is out is very unusual.
The interest rate is expected to drop a quarter point, probably because there in not much room left before you would have to pay them to hold your money.
