The only injustice worse than this is that almost the entire TSX Venture Exchange has been hijacked by a supposed handful of NY based hedge funds for an extended period of time without so much as a peep out of highly paid watchdog regulators. Good thing we have the Ontario Securities Commission looking out for any investor violations otherwise we might see some real manipulation.
