Yes, at least for the most part. AUREF and MXVDF are still sitting at HybridTrading--my understanding is that those stocks have special custodial arrangements, so I'm not surprised that they are taking longer to move over. I still need to keep an eye on those, to make sure their transfer happens.

I transferred my accounts to TD Ameritrade, at least for now. With an Apex account I can get up to 4 stock certificates per year for no fee--I may get a certificate for some of my ECU, and possibly for a few other of my larger holdings.

I hope no one else has to deal with this problem, though--not having access to my accounts was pretty uncomfortable (and I missed a few opportunities because my hands were tied).
