No I do not have any specific links of Harper to powers that be, but I do not look for conspiracies. I just read the net of other's opinions through the years.
But what I do is make my opinion on what I see - If it walks and quacks like a duck then it must be a duck, I can draw no other conclusion.

And I am very certain that Canada will lower it's interest rate following US's.

As for real estate in Canada, I am in southern Ontario, a relative of mine moved to BC recently after my harping about the milder climate ( they do not mind the rain) with the intent to buy a house on the Sunshine Coast ( semi-retirment) but the prices are so high that they bought east of Vancouver (east of Burnaby?) because of price. BC prices have been high for over two decades. Ontario's are also holding their own even with the so called manufacturing job losses. No need to speak of Alberta?
