so the question i have is this: I "own" silver ounces in the PM account at a bank.....i asked the bank if they kept a bar with my serial # for each corresponding ounce and they said no.  There is no direct link to an actual silver bar.  I know now that i need to purchase silver separately and lockbox it away...given this and the perceptable shortage in the Hommell article and thus to BUY the physical, is he saying that once the shorts cover and run silver to $100 that there will be noo supply left and my PM silver ounce account will be worthless? or is he simply saying that if i wanted to convert it, i wouldnt be able to? and suggesting that I sell the PM account and buy the physical for safety reasons?

dont know if that made sense... simply stated, will my PM account be worthless during a silver shortage and commandeered so to speak?
