What country are you planning to go to, and perhaps more important, do you think it would be possible to liquidate at that time and get your (significant) wealth out of the country?

There are already restrictions on movement of money in place in the US. Are you sure that there are not any in place or ready to be implented in Canada? I know people from Brazil that can not get any significant portion of their wealth out of Brazil.

Bottom line, I believe that if you are not moving right now, it may not be possible to do it in the future. And I am not sure that it will be any better anywhere else. The one world government movement is very scary to me.
