You are looking at only half of the story.
Remember that in the autumn of 2006 we were at $3.50 and only had (knew of) half of the resource.
With current resource being over twice of the former we should reach $7 and then some due to the potential resource.
In the mean time it is not that we rose fron 1.65 to 2.19 but that we fell from 3.50 and only partially recovered. We should be somewhere near $7, so there is plenty of recovery to go.
That is what this market is doing to us in the meant time and we have to wait until it wakes up.
This is the other side of the coin, so try to keep the total picture in front of you.
