It is CDNX vs USD compaired the CDNX in CDN green line and a silver price in yellow.

 

I guess it depends on if the US investor realises the dollar is only getting weaker. My opinion if I had only USD is to put them into CDN somehow to protect from any further drop. The CDN has slowed againts the euro as well.
