If Bigpic is placing his trade on the OTC market, then even if the stock is trading below his bid, there is no guarantee that he will be filled. I have been hosed lots of times on that exchange, and I will not touch any stock that is listed there anymore because there is no transparency in how orders are filled. I know for many American investors they have no other option than to trade Venture stocks on the OTC, but do not just assume that an order must be filled based on the way it trades in Canada.
