Glad to see you join us Shiester. Seems we have some EXM sharholders here as well. I had dinner with a couple of directors of the company last year as we were discussing some things of interest. They have a large land position and some good JV partner agreements but like many other Mexican stroies they are really weak right now. I might also add they haven't aggressively yet explored their large land package.

I don't own it but have considered it many times.
