Thirsty M, I do not think it will be tomorrow but thursday. Could be at noon but most likely after market closing for the day. Fridays are known for being frenzied days and having the whole day as a free for all would be quite sufficient and very psychological.
It was no accident that a friday was chosen as the last day to release it.

Unless silver and gold move up tomorrow it could be another down day for ECU.
