Am flattered but my acceptance would only diminish Coach's earned stature by comparison.
I do little research, share even less, and I'll bet I am even less tolerant.
And how can there two leaders, it only leads to conflict/stalemates. There are such things as hierarchy.

Is there not a post such as a secretary to the President?
i.e. One who makes recommendations, defers to the boss for decisions and does most of the mundane paper work ( Polls as example ). I am more suited to that role, lol.
